Yes, you can pause your Membership anytime. Simply send an email to info@iamfluless.com including your full name, membership plan, reason for pausing the membership, and when you would like to resume your service(s). We will pause your membership without any penalties and your service(s) will rollover to the next month.

We are sad to see you go! As long as you meet the 3-month minimum requirement, you can cancel your membership by sending an email to info@iamfluless.com including your full name, membership plan, and reason for cancellation. Once you send us an email letting us know you are cancelling your Monthly IV Membership, we will remove you from the membership auto renew and your plan will deactivate the following month. You can use your remaining IV services that month until your account automatically closes at the end of your current billing period.

Services do not roll over unless your membership is paused.
